Ebimoboere Eniyekpemi, fondly known as The FarmBoss, is a visionary agribusiness leader, plant scientist, and passionate advocate for sustainable farming in Africa. Born into a lineage of female farmers in the heart of the Niger Delta, she carries forward a rich heritage with modern solutions that are transforming the agricultural landscape.

As the CEO of Afritropic Group, she leads one of Africa’s fastest-growing agribusiness companies—driving innovations in smart irrigation, greenhouse systems, and high-yield seed solutions. She is also the founder of the Agric Eco Resources Foundation (AERF), a nonprofit empowering smallholder farmers, especially women and youth, through training, access, and environmental sustainability.

Ebimoboere is a sought-after keynote speaker and co-host of the Rooted in Agriculture podcast, using her voice to inspire, educate, and build a new narrative around farming—one that is exciting, inclusive, and deeply impactful.
